Best friends

Wednesday we went down and spent the day with Hilary and Lucy. We had sooo much fun. Jefrie and Lucy dont know it yet but they are best friends.

If you look closely you can see Jefrie reaching for Lucy's hand.
They held hands for a second but i didnt get a picture fast enough. I think Evan thought Hilary and I were crazy cuz we were sooo excited about them holding hands. We were also shock that they are about the same length. Lucy is 3 months younger than Jefrie.

Jefrie's first Rockies game

One Memorial Day we went to the Rockies game with Katie and Garrett from our ward.

It was rainy so Jefrie was all bundled up. Ya gotta love Aaron's face.

Jefrie did pretty good. She was people watching with her mom. She only cried when she was tired so i just took her out and walked around til she fell asleep. Towards the end Jefrie was using her loud voice and the lady in front of us turned around and said, "wow i didnt even know you were behind me, what a good baby."

This was the 7th inning......the longest top of the inning i have EVER sat through, it was like that because we were leaving at the 7th inning stretch.

4 months!!!

Ok so she was 4 months the day we went swimming i took these pics after i posted the swimming pics and just haven't had time to post them.

Swimming!!! well kinda.....

So last monday Jefrie went swimming for the first time. It was more dipping for the first time though.

This is what Jefrie did for the first hour when we got there. I was ok with it cuz i got my swimming time in.

Erica and Jefrie's friend Sienna let us come swim in there pool.

Finally I woke Jefrie up to see how she would like the pool.


This was pretty much her face the entire time. She just starred at the water. She didnt cry thought so thats a good sign right?

She kicked her little feet towards the end. She is such a cutie. One of these days we will do more than just dip her legs in.

Summertime!!!

We are ooooo sooooo excited that the weather has been great! Jefrie loves being outside. And she has sooo many cute summer outfits. This is one we got from Erica and Sienna.I put a shirt under this one cuz its a little risque with out one....ya gotta teach them young about modesty. :-)

I just had to show you her bubbles. she is my little bubble blower, she is pretty good at getting a long strip of bubbles then sucking it back in.....i can just see her standing over her little siblings pretending to spit on them.

Mothers Day

So Im kinda sad because i totally forgot to take pictures of my first mothers day. :-(

But..... i was goofing off of facebook that day and took some pics on our web cam.

The first one I sent to my dad and the last one showed how bored I was when Jefrie was sleeping and Aaron was watching sports on TV. Dont get me wrong, it was a wonderful mothers day. Aaron gave me a card from Jefrie that was cute and he bought me a bike trailer/jogger to put Jefrie in and a Willowtree nick-nak that is called Guardian. It is a mother holding her baby close.....i cried when i saw it. (I never use to be so emotional...it drives me nuts) And he made a wonderful dinner.

Jefrie was laying on Aaron's chest and when he pulled her up to look at her this is how her binki was. It was soooo stinkin funny!!!

Then of coarse she smiled because we were laughing so hard. I love this girl!!

We went to the zoo today with Ashley and Quinn. It was the perfect day for it. Im sooo happy summer is coming!!

Last minute trip

So Thursday night, April 30th, we decided we needed to get away so we found cheap tickets and flew to Utah for the weekend (Friday may 1st -Monday may 4th). It was Jefrie's 1st family vacation. She did pretty well on the plane there. I fed her as soon as we got on and she fell asleep after but on the ride home i tried to feed her and she was just too interested in the noises everywhere. She just wanted everyone to know she was there on the plane and she expressed, very loudly, that she would rather be somewhere else. She wasn't crying, she was just talking with her LOUD voice. Thankfully it wasn't for very long then she ate and went to sleep.


I'm not too good at taking pics but we did take some at the Dinosaur museum so here you go....
