The Zoo

We went to the zoo today with Ashley and Quinn. It was the perfect day for it. Im sooo happy summer is coming!!

Last minute trip

So Thursday night, April 30th, we decided we needed to get away so we found cheap tickets and flew to Utah for the weekend (Friday may 1st -Monday may 4th). It was Jefrie's 1st family vacation. She did pretty well on the plane there. I fed her as soon as we got on and she fell asleep after but on the ride home i tried to feed her and she was just too interested in the noises everywhere. She just wanted everyone to know she was there on the plane and she expressed, very loudly, that she would rather be somewhere else. She wasn't crying, she was just talking with her LOUD voice. Thankfully it wasn't for very long then she ate and went to sleep.


I'm not too good at taking pics but we did take some at the Dinosaur museum so here you go....

Here is Emersyn playing in the digging area. This museum had sooo many cool things for kids. I really liked it. I cant wait to take Jefrie when she is old enough to enjoy it.

Jefrie's Curtains

Remember the time I bought fabric to make Jefrie curtains before she was born.....well they are finally up. (not a very good pic sorry)

Jefrie fell asleep on my lap this morning and after a while i needed to use the rest room and this is what i came back to....
DARN THUMB!!!!
But she is sooooo cute!

3 months

Jefrie is getting so big, its so fun to see her finding new things, like her feet. She loves grabbing her feet and toes.
She constantly has her hands in her mouth (drooling a ton also) She has also found her thumb....im not too happy about that.

handy man.....

Look at this beautiful entertainment center that Aaron made for us. He did an awesome job. On the sides he even made hide away DVD space with little doors so you cant see the DVD's. He is so talented.
Oh yeah, and that big thing on top is his birthday and Christmas present for the next 5 years.

She rolled!!!!

That practicing at the park paid off.....Jefrie rolled for the 1st time today!!! I set her down for tummy time and looked away for a minute and went i turned to her again she was on her back!! I was shocked. So i put her on her tummy again and she rolled again! So then i grabbed the camera to show everyone. She is growing up so fast.

The Park

So, I went outside to see if the weather was nice enough for the park. it was cloudy and just a little chilly but not too bad so we got ready to go.

I didnt want her head to get cold because it was windy so we tried her cute hat we got from Erica.
When we got to the park the sun came out and the wind stopped so it got warm. (colorado weather for ya.)

We played on the blanket for a while, practiced rolling, and relaxed for a bit.

I cant wait for summer when we can take Jefrie on some real adventures.
